Tara Grudin was born and raised in Placerville. She graduated from Ponderosa High School and then moved to San Diego to go to college. With her degree in Social Science from University of California San Diego she decided to get her teaching credentials and move back home to be with her family. After teaching at Ponderosa last year Tara transferred to Shenandoah because she believes in the idea of "One Student at A Time" In addition, Tara likes the more personal, and individualized learning experience. Tara is soon to be married to another Ponderosa graduate and loves the hospitality of El Dorado County. She couldn’t image living or working anywhere else.
